Empty Clip Studios

Empty Clip Studios is composed of Matt Shores and Francois Bertrand, passionate indie developers in their 8th year in independent studios. They actually met at a previous indie startup they were both involved in. When that startup didn't work out, they decided to found Empty Clip Studios in 2007. Matt's background is in music as a concert cellist, but he has over 10 years of game development experience working on such AAA titles as Start Wars Episode III (Xbox console lead) and Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (designer and console engineer). Francois has over 12 years of experience in the gaming industry, which started when he dropped out of engineering in college, when he was offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to move to California and work in video games.
