Night in the Woods follows the story of college dropout Mae Borowski after she returns home to the crumbling former mining town of Possum Springs seeking to resume her aimless former life and reconnect with the friends she left behind. But things aren't the same. Home seems different now and her friends have grown and changed. Leaves are falling and the wind is growing colder. Strange things are happening as the light fades.

Night in the Woods is a 2D adventure game that progresses through conversations with the various characters in Possum Springs.Run around the town and talk with the various characters. The conversation content is quite diverse. You may get lost in conversation without the correct answers, or you may stumble into a surprise confession about some serious troubles. Any choice you make is the same as life, with no game over. Please enjoy the realistic developments after selecting your answer. There are various mini games also available between the game story. Practice in a band, break cars and more throughout the game as you play the role of Mae.
