We know there are a lot of RPG fans among you, so we’re super excited to finally reveal this little nugget of news. Starting today, we’re taking preorders for Pillars of Eternity (aka Project Eternity), by the RPG masters at Obsidian Entertainment. Readers might remember the game began life as a Kickstarter project.

The game will be released on March 30th, 2015 in the form of Steam keys in two versions: the Hero Edition, the regular release of the game, and the special Champion edition, for $41.99 and $54.99 respectively. The Champion Edition comes with the game and a host of amazing extras:
This soundtrack contains many of the game’s music tracks performed by a live orchestra. Contains at least 17 tracks in MP3 and FLAC formats.
The Campaign Almanac contains everything related to the lore, history, and world of Eora as originally told by Hylsman Horag and revised by the Hand Occult. The 35 page almanac has commentary provided by a variety of authors and is an engrossing read for anyone keen to delve deeper into the world of the Pillars of Eternity.
