There are games created by one person, or by small teams, simply because the creators wanted to. They are created because of the passion these people hold towards their art. This passion is not something that can be imitated with huge budgets and large teams. These are the games that we have supported for almost a decade. These, are Indie Games.
PLAYISM has, from the very beginning, been driven to deliver these games to as many players as possible. We began by creating a platform from which we could distribute indie games. From there we started localizing into multiple languages to overcome borders and then expanding into Steam and Console platforms.

We are seeking a Producer for Indie Game Publishing. Your role will involve discovering outstanding indie games from around the world, becoming their advocate and first player, and developing plans for their successful launch and sale.
Responsibilities
- Selecting titles that should be published by PLAYISM.
- Planning and executing all strategies related to game sales.
Qualifications

- Experience as a producer or director in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate smooth and appropriate information exchange, both internally and externally.
- Conversational or Business level of Japanese proficiency.
[Preferred]
Candidates who do not fully meet the required qualifications but possess one or more of the following will also be considered:
- Extensive knowledge of games and the gaming industry.
- Exceptional success in a business-oriented company.
- Deep understanding of entertainment content.
- Business-level English proficiency.

- Budget tracking and management for projects.
- Act as a point of contact for communication, coordination, and negotiations with developers.
- Oversee all tasks related to game release operations.
- Provide general assistance to the producer.

Responsibilities
- Planning and executing marketing strategies for game titles.
- Participating in domestic and international game events.
- Managing domestic and international online and media advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating, operating, and managing activities with PR agencies.
- Managing official X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and Discord accounts.
- Monitoring, adjusting, and managing advertising budgets and performance.
Qualifications
