Refind Self: The Personality Test Game - Overview

Developed by solo dev Lizardry and initially released on November 14, 2023, this title is a personality test game that celebrates its second anniversary today (November 14, 2025). The game has now even surpassed 500,000 copies sold worldwide!

Through the simple, exploration-style adventure gameplay that depicts the story of a humanoid robot, players can discover their own personality traits in a fun and unique way!

Your “diagnosis” reveals a total of five traits:

One “Primary” trait that best represents you, two “Complementary” traits, one “Hidden” trait, and one trait that is the “furthest” from you.

Out of 23 RPG-like personality archetypes, the game determines the five that most closely relate to you.

Each playthrough takes roughly one hour, and completing three playthroughs will unlock the full personality “diagnosis”. The game is designed so anyone can easily enjoy the experience while also seeing the conclusion of the story along the way.

To know a language, know the world, and finally know you

You don't know a single word in the language of this world.
Deduce the meanings of words the person before you uses to communicate with you.
Then try to understand them like a puzzle, one piece at a time.
You are free to perceive the meaning of the words you read.

The relationship between the two characters is built on the words you interpret.
And their story is alos built on the words you interpret.

Their world changes according to your understanding.
Maybe their story is a short, ordinary story, or maybe it's a long, peculiar story.
Or both stories could exist at the same time. There's nothing wrong with that.
The story is only complete with your interpretation.
So certainly, every story your interpretation results in is correct.
Even if you don't understand the story at first,
you have the opportunity to repeat it over and over again.

Cling to Blindness - Overview

This is an audio-only horror game where you must rely solely on audio cues to complete a mysterious ritual.

For example, if you hear a wind chime in your right ear that means in-game there is a wind chime on your right. If you move your mouse in the direction of the wind chime, it should sound like the wind chime is right in front of you. The game’s spatial audio tracks with the players mouse movements, delivering an incredibly immersive experience.

Now all you have to do is keep your ears open for wind chimes! Simple…right?...

But what if you start to hear ominous footsteps?|
Be quick on your feet and find where the footsteps are coming from.
You hear the footsteps coming from your left? Run as fast as you can!

There are three rules you must follow…

Rule 1. Never take off your blindfold.
Rule 2. Do not let Ashioto catch up to you.
Rule 3. Collect all five talismans.

You play as Satsuki, a girl who travels to the ruins of an abandoned village to perform a ritual.
Listen carefully.
If you hear footsteps…that means Ashioto is near.
Never, ever let them catch you.
Use the sound of wind chimes to locate the and collect the talismans.
Your hearing becomes your vision as nothing will be shown on the screen.
So do not remove your blindfold–not until it’s time for it to be taken off.
