PLAYISM has announced that to commemorate The Exit 8 — the walking simulator developed by KOTAKE CREATE — surpassing 3 million total units sold, it will be running sales across various platforms and featuring commemorative advertisements.

The Exit 8

The Exit 8 is a short-form walking simulator developed by solo indie developer KOTAKE CREATE, inspired by Japanese underground passageways, liminal spaces, backrooms, and similar environments. Its gameplay experience of discovering anomalies has had a profound influence on works in the same genre, and has transcended the medium of games to be adapted into a film, a comic, and a novel.

You are trapped in an endlessly looping underground passage. Observe your surroundings carefully, and make your way to "The Exit 8."
